1. General Introduction & Acceptance

• Right to Cancel: WiniWin reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at its discretion

Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply at all times when gaming and betting on WiniWin:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG)
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except in certain specific circumstances)
• Winnings resulting from software or system errors will be considered void
• Arbitrage betting by placing opposing bets simultaneously is strictly prohibited
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded

8. Account Suspension & Closure

• For refusing to submit KYC documents
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months)

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee (৳50) may be deducted after 6 months of inactivity. Members will be notified by email in advance.
